Joost Maes, based in Brussels, founded and lead until recently Egon Zehnder’s Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Practice. Joost has held various leadership roles at Egon Zehnder, including chairing our Partners’ Meeting, and is a member of the firm’s Risk Committee. He works closely with clients seeking general counsels and compliance chiefs. Joost is also very active in our public affairs practice, primarily in Europe’s Capital. Joost handles a wide variety of assignments across multiple sectors including retail, consumer goods, hospitality, logistics, and construction.
