With considerable experience as a consultant to executives and entrepreneurs in service, consumer, e-commerce and manufacturing industries, Kathleen draws on her profound knowledge from brand strategy consulting and leadership advisory services to help leaders, teams and organizations evolve and succeed. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Kathleen spent many years advising medium-sized and large family-owned companies as well as successful start-ups. Her main focus: positioning strategic projects for CEOs, CHROs and CMOs within the organization. Kathleen co-founded the brand agency Klub Kastell. As Expert Partner of the Venture Capital firm Picus Capital GmbH, she is also experienced in advising digital and tech companies. Kathleen Hermsdörfer attended the boarding school Schloss Hansenberg in the Rheingau region and subsequently completed her Bachelor of Science at EBS Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, with semesters abroad in the USA. Kathleen is a certified yoga instructor, sports enthusiast and loves interior design. Quality time for Kathleen means spending time with friends and family, preferably creating and hosting beautiful moments or cozy dinners.
