Based in Boston, Kathryn Rogers is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services practice. She brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry and is a trusted advisor to clients on executive and board search and leadership advisory matters across sectors, including asset management, banking and capital markets, real estate, and private equity. Kathryn is also active in the Restaurants, Travel & Hospitality practice and the Chief Financial Officers practice, where her focus spans across industries. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kathryn worked at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Strategy and Global Markets businesses. Most recently, she served as a sector originator in Global Corporate Access, where she led the efforts for Basic Materials, Financials, and Natural Resources. Kathryn earned a BS in human development from Cornell University. She is a lifelong competitive distance runner and certified USA Track and Field Coach, and also enjoys knitting, reading, playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
