Hendrik Otto advises medium-sized companies and international corporations on staffing and evaluation projects at top management level and supports them in their transformation processes. He has extensive experience in areas of the manufacturing industry and consumer goods sector and is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s global Industrial and Family Business Advisory practices. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Hendrik was a member of the executive board and COO at WEPA SE, a leading European manufacturer of sanitary paper. He previously worked as a lawyer and partner in Frankfurt, Berlin and Düsseldorf at the international law firm Mayer Brown LLP, focusing on corporate law and M&A. During this time, Hendrik also worked in London at HSBC’s investment banking division. He is currently chairman of the supervisory board of a leading listed investment company based in Frankfurt. Hendrik studied law in Germany and Italy and received his doctorate in business law from the Ruhr University in Bochum. In addition to his professional activities, he volunteers in various associations and networks in Düsseldorf and Berlin, which pursue educational, cultural and scientific purposes in particular.
