Anja-Maria Klodwig, based in Düsseldorf, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Health and Industrial Practice. She applies her extensive experience as a trusted advisor to help companies navigate the challenges of leadership, succession, and governance. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anja-Maria was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, handling a wide range of challenging assignments across the globe with a focus on strategic and organizational topics. Anja-Maria first studied economics at the University of Bonn before spending semesters abroad at the Copenhagen Business School and the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid and then completing a Diplom-Kauffrau business degree as well as a Master of International Management at the University of Cologne. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and watching her children grow and develop.
