Stephanie von Bary, based in Munich, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Services Practice while focusing mainly on mobility and logistics. She is valued by clients for her deep experience and expertise, which she leverages to help both large and midsized, disruptive companies grow faster while making their industries more sustainable. Stephanie is also passionate establishing high-performing leadership teams. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Stephanie attained the rank of Associate Partner with McKinsey & Co. in Munich as part of its Center for Future Mobility. During that period of her career, she advised clients in the transportation, logistics, and infrastructure sectors Europe-wide. Earlier, she worked at Lufthansa Airlines in Frankfurt. Stephanie earned a BSc in Aviation Management from the EBS University of Business and Law while concurrently qualifying as an Air Transportation Management Assistant with the Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry; she then completed an MSc in strategic management at Erasmus University’s Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands. When not working, she likes to recharge her batteries by spending time with friends and family, skiing, hiking, running, and sewing.
