Zach Pomerantz is in Egon Zehnder’s Global Services Practice, and is the US Head of Hospitality and Leisure. Focused on Real Estate, Travel & Hospitality, and Sustainability, Zach draws on extensive hands-on experience operating and optimizing large portfolios across multiple asset classes, partnering with clients to find solutions to leadership issues across sectors. Zach is also a founding member of the Space Technology Practice at Egon Zehnder. As a lifelong Space enthusiast and dreamer, he brings energy and passion, engaging industry leaders on how businesses will integrate into the space economy. Zach is part of a global team of consultants who share a passion for space. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Zach was the Senior Vice President in charge of asset management at AR Global. Prior to that, he held the role of Asset Manager at ProMed Properties, and earlier was responsible for managing residential and commercial assets at Olshan Properties, Swig Equities, and Tishman Speyer. Zach earned a Bachelor of Science from the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
