Julia Ivory, based in Toronto, draws on deep experience in retail, apparel, luxury and consumer goods to help both rapidly growing companies and incumbents meet their evolving talent needs. She is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Consumer and Private Equity practices. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Julia worked for McKinsey and Company based in Toronto, where she was an Associate Partner. As a member of that firm’s retail and consumer goods practice, she advised leading brands, retailers and investors worldwide on growth strategies, marketing and sales, and consumer insights. Julia began her career at Loblaw Companies Ltd., where she worked as a Manager of Strategic Planning & Insights for the Grocery business, and as a Merchant in Health and Beauty. Julia earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
