Andreas Habeck works with technology-driven industrial clients, in particular in the mobility, automotive and machinery segments. He has a particular focus on digital topics in industrial environments and in service and aftermarket functions. He is a respected advisor to clients across small and medium-sized companies, family businesses, global corporates, and private equity firms. He is a member of the global Industrial practice group, as well as Leadership Services and the firm’s Family Business Advisory. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Andreas was with Hella, an internationally operating German automotive parts supplier headquartered in Lippstadt, Germany. As a Member of the Executive Board (Business Division Aftermarket and Special Applications) he led the global Independent Aftermarket and Workshop Products business. Earlier in his career, he held various consulting roles at McKinsey & Company. Andreas earned a graduate degree in information engineering and management (Diplom-Informationswirt) and then a PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) with a dissertation on experimental economics and game theory from the Karlsruhe Institute for Technology. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing and listening to music, and building LEGO models. Andreas has native fluency in both German and English.
