Charlotte Wright, based in London, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrials and Board Consulting Practices, with a particular focus on energy. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Charlotte was an executive advisor to the CHRO at bp. She also held various analytics and transformation leadership roles at bp. Earlier, Charlotte led product and analytics at a start up. She began her professional life as a management consultant focusing on people transformation in the energy and construction sectors. Charlotte earned an LLB from the University of Exeter. Outside work she enjoys cycle touring, rock climbing and running as well as travelling with her partner.
