Based in Egon Zehnder’s Frankfurt office, Marie-Luise Back is active in the Firm’s Financial Services Practice. She advises clients on leadership and board member roles with a focus on asset management, real estate and family businesses. A firm believer in the role that leadership can play in achieving a better world, she is valued by clients for her astute analyses and ability to listen and provide insightful advice that cuts to the core of issues. Marie-Luise is also passionate about helping organizations achieve greater diversity and transform their culture to drive greater success. Marie-Luise spent several years working for Egon Zehnder as a project manager and then Head of Experts in Financial Services. Earlier, she was a management consultant at Commerzbank in Frankfurt and Stuttgart. Marie-Luise graduated from the University of Mannheim with a degree in psychology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to other countries, reading widely, and hiking in nature.
