Alessandro Di Fusco, based in Milan, is a trusted advisor to successful chairs, CEOs, and board members across industries. Alessandro is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Private Equity Practice and is deeply experienced in talent strategy for portfolio companies backed by professional investors. He has also served as an internal coach to fellow Egon Zehnder consultants, with a focus on client centricity. Alessandro joined Microsoft in the U.S. in 1988, when the company had just 2,000 employees. In subsequent roles with Procter & Gamble and then McKinsey & Company, while based in Italy, Alessandro mastered world-class marketing techniques and tools, particularly “sales go to market” approaches in both FMCG and in the financial sector. His unique experience base, combined with his inclusive personality, allows Alessandro to develop strong global contacts and serve as an authoritative resource in understanding how the human element can support the crafting of successful strategies and the shaping of impactful business vision. Alessandro earned a BA in business administration from the University of Naples and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
