Biography
Based in Cologne, Eva Kahlhöfer is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and CFO practices. She leverages deep experience gained in various management roles at HSBC to help clients master their challenges, and is valued for her ability to accurately and insightfully assess situations and propose appropriate solutions. In addition to executive search, she focuses on potential evaluation of current and future leaders and advises clients with regards to team efficiency and talent management. Eva deeply cares about diversity and inclusion and is actively involved in initiatives for promoting gender equality.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Eva held various management and other roles at HSBC Germany, most recently as a Director of HSBC Service Company Germany GmbH responsible for Financial Crime Risk Operations and as a Co-Chair of the German chapter of HSBC’s gender equality network.
Eva earned a BSc and MSc in physics from the University of Münster in Germany. During her time off work, she loves spending time with her husband, family and friends, sings in a choir, and is passionate about cooking, traveling, going to the opera, and watching soccer.
