He meets the senior talent needs of clients across the consumer-finance, insurance, asset-management, banking, and private-investments sectors. André also supports private equity firms by satisfying their talent requirements at portfolio companies across industries. A certified coach, he conducts projects that go beyond executive search to include management appraisals and leadership development, and he provides advice on board nominations and assessments.
