Biography
Caroline Lico, based in São Paulo, advises clients on topics related to organizational transformation, executive assessment and development, and executive search projects for clients across industries.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Caroline built her career in management consulting, becoming a project manager at Kearney and main member of the global LC&O (Leadership, Change and Organization) practice in Brazil. She worked on organizational restructuring engagements, including structure redesign, sizing, governance, and improving organizational efficiency. At Kearney, Caroline also led the people pillar in the São Paulo office. She was responsible for national recruitment, consultant staffing in partnership with the HR department, and interfacing with diversity networks, including an active role in the Women’s Network.
Caroline earned a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – EAESP, Brazil, majoring in Strategy, and a semester in Business Administration from Università Luigi Bocconi – Milan, Italy.
