Based in London, Sarah Chelli is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Private Capital Practice. She is a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients, advising them on a variety of leadership issues both on the fund and portfolio sides – including executive recruitment, CEO succession, board hiring and talent development. Sarah is active across Private Equity and Private Credit, and is currently co-leading Egon Zehnder’s Credit effort in the UK. As a French national living in London, she has rich experience working across geographies in Europe. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sarah spent a decade working across Strategy Consulting and Investment Banking. As a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, she built deep expertise in change management in the context of transformations and turnarounds. In this role, she worked extensively with clients predominantly from Financial Services on various strategic and organizational topics. She began her professional life as a Fixed Income Sales at Nomura and Lehman Brothers. Sarah earned an MSc in strategic management from HEC Paris.
