Luis is also active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Board Consulting practices. He is active in board recruitment and works to improve corporate governance practices in the Chilean business world. Luis is passionate about diversity issues, particularly opportunities for women in the workforce that improve their overall work-life balance.
