Sweta Chand, based in Hong Kong, is a Consultant focused on leadership consulting as well as executive and non-executive search in Asia. A true native of Asia, she has lived in Hong Kong for 12 years and obtained her Bachelors degree at The University of Hong Kong. She has also been based in Singapore for 12 years and has been educated across India, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. In her previous role at Egon Zehnder she was Research Principal and the Asia representative of the Global Research Leadership Team. She was also the Head of Research for the Hong Kong office. Before joining Egon Zehnder in 2015 she was a Consultant in a boutique executive search firm in Singapore. Prior to that, Sweta was a part of an entrepreneurial team that launched a private equity backed venture that focused on the Indian cottage industry. She is passionate about coaching and developing talent and is certified in several tools that allow her to do that. Sweta has an MBA with a focus on Services Marketing from the S.P Jain Center of Management and a BBA with a focus on Marketing from The University of Hong Kong. She also has a certificate in Counselling and Child Psychology from the College of Allied Educators in Singapore. In her free time, Sweta is found spending time with her family and friends. She loves discussing philosophy, spirituality and the human condition, usually over good food and wine at her home.
