Antonio Martínez Dalmau, based in Madrid, helps clients in Europe and Latin America fill executive positions, in addition to advising board members and providing leadership assessment and development services. He is active across Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Professional Services and Private Capital practices. Before joining Egon Zehnder’s team, Antonio was a Madrid-based Partner in PwC’s Strategy & Operations Group, where he helped build its strategic consulting practice and also led the global renewables and energy strategy practices in Spain and Mexico. Before that, he was a Senior Consultant for strategy and financial services at Accenture. Antonio began his career at Lucent Technologies. Antonio earned a BSc in electronic engineering and a BSc in physics from the Complutense University of Madrid. In his spare time, he reads widely on topics ranging from quantum mechanics to evolutionary psychology.
