Lisa Gordon is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Financial Officers Practice. She has more than 10 years of experience working with global search firms focusing across industries, particularly in the healthcare and life sciences and technology sectors. Lisa has led sizable global client relationships in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry including medical device companies, drug development, CROs, and CMOs. She has experience recruiting across healthcare including managed care, healthcare services and providers, and healthcare technology. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lisa was a manager with another global search firm. For more than four years she focused on accounting and finance searches within the asset management sector. Clients included Apollo, KKR, Guggenheim Investments, and Alliance Bernstein. Lisa started her career in public accounting with KPMG as an audit associate in the New York metro practice. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for excellent client service and mentorship.
