Cadell is a Consultant in Dartmouth Partner’s Legal practice where he advises on private practice recruitment, supporting mid and upper market UK, US and boutique law firms, supporting all of their qualified recruitment needs at the NQ, Associate and Partner level. Cadell has over six years of specialist legal recruitment experience and joined Dartmouth’s growing legal team in 2021. He advises on a range of transactional, advisory, and contentious practice areas priding himself on offering a high-quality, bespoke service. Prior to his career in recruitment, Cadell studied Law at Brunel University providing an excellent foundational understanding of the profession. Outside of work, Cadell enjoys live music and can often be found exploring London’s many venues.
