As a trusted advisor, she helps boards, CEOs and senior executives execute their strategies through people by helping them challenge old assumptions, find new ways to unleash talent and remove barriers to change.
Ms. Rivers is a frequent speaker on CEO and Board topics at NACD FT-Outstanding Director Exchange (ODX) and Equliar. She has been published in Agenda Magazine, Bloomberg BNA, Chief Executive Magazine, Directors and Boards Boardroom Briefing, Directorship Magazine, Financier Worldwide and Retail Leader.
Ms. Rivers works with Boards, CEOs and senior executives to design and help execute their strategies for board succession and refreshment, CEO and senior leader succession, performance management and top team effectiveness. She has coached senior executives during CEO on-boarding and other transitional events. Her clients span various industries and include Fortune 100, privately held, non-profit healthcare and family owned businesses.
Ms. Rivers received her Ph.D. in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation from Boston College. She has a Master's degree in Education specializing in Counseling from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Boston College. She is a member of the Carroll School of Management Student Advisory Network and The Boston College Club.
