Anderson Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is led by Cheryl Anderson. Cheryl has been working with and around candidates since 1998. She spent almost 8 years with a prominent international executive search firm dedicating the last half of her career there exclusively recruiting recruiters specializing in 15 different industries. She has recruited both contingent and retained search professionals, contract talent, staffing industry recruiters and business developers along with introducing professionals to the executive search industry. Also, while a corporate recruiter running a contingent desk, she conducted searches for non-recruiting corporate staff and management positions to work in strategic and highly visible positions for the industry. Cheryl has personally recruited over 400 Recruiters, Business Developers, Corporate Recruiters and Industry Leadership Talent since January 2003. Her approach is to go out and directly source talent along with using networking and business relationships to find the best candidates. She proudly recruited “Branch Manager of the Year” in 2006, “Rookie of the Year” in 2003 & 2004, and “Recruiter of the Year” in 2006 for her previous firm. Since starting her own firm in July 2006, she has placed numerous roles in leadership (to include Equity Partners and Division Directors) and recruiting on a nationwide basis. Cheryl works with the best and brightest in the industry. She has a great network of candidates, clients and has made a large alliance (of industry friends) along the way. Cheryl is a 1991 graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a native of Atlanta. She is married and has a young daughter. They live in the Atlanta area.
