André Pasternak is principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo office and a member of the Social Impact and the Legal, Risk, Compliance & Government Affairs practices. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, André also serves clients in the life sciences, education, IT and telecom, and industrial sectors. André was a principal at 2Get, a local executive search firm in Brazil, when it was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2019. There, he led the health practice (pharmaceutical industry, medical equipment, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, healthcare operators), and the educational services market. Before that, André was responsible for acquiring leadership talent and T&D in a multinational telecommunications company for two years.
