With 10 years of experience in executive search, Naoya has placed executives ranging from Managing Directors, Heads of Departments, and executives in Sales and Engineering positions. His typical clients are growing, global multinational corporations that are expanding their business to Japan. Naoya was key member in projects to establish Japanese subsidiaries of several multinational companies where he identified and recruited the entire founding leadership team. Prior to entering executive search, Naoya managed vehicle glass sales to Japanese automobile manufacturers at a Mexican-capital glass manufacturer, where he built his first connections in Automotive industry.
