Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Grabois was a consultant for 15 years with Gemini Consulting, Transformance and BCG. He also worked four years for Club Med as vice president in charge of transformation and HR digitalization. Mr. Grabois holds a masters of science in management sciences from Paris Dauphine University. He is fluent in English and French.
