David is dedicated and committed to ensuring the firm provides a truly global view of the market and an unparalleled client and candidate experience. He has been a key advisor to many of the world’s leading companies and has led the development of Marlin Hawk's growing business around the world. Working closely with clients, David is passionate that Marlin Hawk leads the industry in service innovation and the partnership structure between clients and the firm. A true entrepreneur, David also founded Winter Circle, an innovative digital platform evolving the more traditional services of the executive search sector. He brought the two businesses together in 2018 under The Marlin Hawk Group.
