Simon brings over 30 years of experience working in the technology, healthcare, manufacturing and retail sectors. He has helped many blue-chip companies achieve organisational performance. Prior to his current global account leadership role, Simon was a senior executive search consultant within the Global Technology Practice where he focused on system integration and outsourcing companies across EMEA. Prior to that he was Managing Director of a Korn Ferry dotcom start up using leading edge assessment technologies focused on people's capabilities as well as skills. Prior to that he was Managing Director of a Korn Ferry dotcom start up using leading edge assessment technologies focused on people's capabilities as well as skills. Before Korn Ferry, Simon was head of the Chief Information Officer practice for an international search firm based in London. He began his career as an Army Officer serving with the bomb disposal and parachute regiment seeing active service in The Middle East. Simon is a graduate from Leeds University where he gained a 1st class honours degree in Civil Engineering. He has also worked for Raleigh International as a Project Leader.
