Jessie Zhang is based in Hong Kong and is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services and Financial Officers practices, leads the Firm’s Legal, Compliance & Regulatory practice in North Asia. Jessie specialises in senior functional leadership appointments for multinational and local clients in Greater China, particularly within the Financial Services sector. She also has worked with a range of Consumer and Industrial clients on regional leadership roles and assessments across Asia Pacific. Jessie brings more than 14 years of global search experience and over 12 years’ working experience in Greater China. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jessie was a Senior Associate with a leading global boutique financial services search firm and worked in the firm’s London and Hong Kong office, and served Banking, Insurance and Asset Management clients globally. She began her career as a research officer for the China-specific research programme of a leading UK foreign policy think tank in London. Jessie graduated with a B.A. in History from Trinity College, University of Cambridge, and she holds a graduate diploma in law from BPP Law School in London. Jessie is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has lived and worked in China, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong.
