David brings more than twenty years of experience in executive search and leadership development. Most recently, he was a Partner and Head of Industrial Services representing one of the fastest growing and most innovative human capital enterprises in Sweden, as well as a member of the firm’s Global Industrial Practice. David has carried out search assignments in the industrial goods, services, energy and utilities, manufacturing and pulp & paper sectors, recruiting Chairs, Non-Executive Directors, CEOs and CxOs. He has worked in both listed and private equity, as well as family-owned environments. David has a background in professional sports and is driven by his curiosity around team dynamics and relations. Earlier, David worked as an HR Manager with Nordea, a leading Scandinavian bank. He has board experience from Nordic Interim, Sweden’s leading interim management provider. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
