George has extensive experience placing leadership across the life sciences sector, including biotech, pharma, medical device, and diagnostics organizations, as well as into digital and AI-enabled healthcare companies. He delivers across a range of functions within the life sciences and healthcare industry, supported by deep domain expertise from his scientific background. Prior to True, George worked with life sciences executive search firms, executing on global searches for C-suite leaders across the scientific, clinical, commercial, and regulatory functions. Additionally, George holds a master’s degree in infection and immunity from University College London, and has worked at a growth-stage biotech as well as large-scale industry.
