Martin Rosenzweig works with clients in the financial services industry to identify, recruit, and develop top talent. Based in Frankfurt, he leverages a decade of experience to advise the broader financial industry, including banking and related industries. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Martin spent nine years at Morgan Stanley in various roles in the capital markets division in London, Sydney, and Frankfurt. While there, he originated debt capital markets business and executed deals on a wide range of products with clients. Martin holds a master’s in international business from HEC Paris and BS in accounting and finance from the University of Bath.
