Biography
Ms. Grech-Cumbo joined the North America Advisory team in 2017. She leads Global Advancing Women.
Beatrice works with clients to develop strategies to advance the next generation of female executives and under-represented talent.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a Senior Vice President of Global Talent, leading a team that strategically manages and develops the world's largest private workforce. In this role, Ms. Grech-Cumbo was responsible for building the capabilities of associates at all levels to ensure that Walmart had a highly qualified and high performing pool of talent able to deliver on the business strategy.
Ms. Grech-Cumbo has spent more than 25 years as a strategic business consultant to a wide variety of clients in manufacturing, retail, technology services, transportation, higher education industries and governmental agencies. She has facilitated transformation and assisted clients with growth and restructuring initiatives. She has deep experience in leadership development and culture.
In addition to Ms. Grech-Cumbo's consulting experience, she spent over three years with Magnequench Inc. (MQI) as a senior vice president of human resources worldwide reporting to the CEO. She was also responsible for the operations of two U.S. manufacturing facilities as well as labor negotiations for the represented workforces.
Ms. Grech-Cumbo holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a degree in Business Operation Research and Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. She is a Certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, California.
