Mary offers extensive experience in placing Partners and Directors into either operational roles within the industry or laterally into other management consulting or professional services firms. She has a deep expertise in the US & EMEA markets and her functional experience includes assignments with a Strategy, Operations Transformation, Technology, Digital, Human Capital or Leadership lens. Mary works with the Big 4 consultancies, strategy houses and boutique consulting firms. Additionally, she works with a range of financial services clients including Universal & Wholesale Banks, Asset Managers and Sovereign Wealth Funds serving the COO & CFO functions. Mary holds ten years executive search experience, most recently joining from Wilton & Bain. She holds a Law conversion degree and an MA (hons) degree in Geography from the University of Edinburgh.
