As the Global Co-Lead for Operating Model and Org Transformation, Johannes leads large-scale transformation programs across all major industries. He covers all aspects of organizational effectiveness and efficiency - from full company and HQ operating models to functional reorganization and rapid cost reductions, specifically in G&A functions. Johannes also serves as an Interim Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). In this role, he joins his clients' management team and ensures the sustainable mid- to long-term impact of improvement initiatives, while at the same time driving organizational change. Before joining AlixPartners, Johannes co-led the Telco, Media & Technology (TMT) practice at a German consulting boutique. Johannes holds a PhD as well as a master’s degree in managerial economics, both from the University of Bamberg, Germany.
