Mr. Kassimatis leads the North American Mining Metals & Minerals practice and a key member of the global mining practice. He also leads the broader Industrial Market for Canada with team members in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal. Mr. Kassimatis is based out of Korn Ferry's Vancouver office. He joined Korn Ferry Professional Search as a Managing Consultant in 2013. Mr. Kassimatis brings over twenty years of management and consulting positions for small to medium-sized private companies and large global public organizations within the industrial sector and investment banking. Together with his ten years of executive search experience in the industrial sector, Mr. Kassimatis understands the importance of sourcing top caliber talent to fill key strategic positions within industrial organizations across all verticals. Mr. Kassimatis has led a broad range of functional and highly technical searches for clients across several verticals including mining, mineral, metals, energy, utilities, logistics, pulp and paper, diversified manufacturing, logistics, investment banking, construction, automotive, and industrial equipment and services. Mr. Kassimatis earned an MBA, specializing in finance and strategic management, from the University of British Columbia and graduated with a Bachelor of General Studies from Simon Fraser University.
