Biography
With more than 25 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, human resources and corporate executive roles, Ms. Pitts successfully creates and delivers integrated solutions to engage organizations and their people in successful sustainable change to support corporate goals and strategy.
Ms. Pitts’ expertise focuses on partnering with clients going through mergers and acquisitions to help them build effective organizations and translate corporate strategy into action through organizational structure design, culture transformation, change management, as well as performance and talent management and cost rationalization. She also brings expertise and passion for executive coaching.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Pitts worked in managerial roles at global consulting firms including Deloitte, where she coached Fortune 500 C-suite technology executives and Ernst & Young, where she was the lead HR SME for the strategic repositioning and post-merger integration service line for the Healthcare Consulting practice. She also has deep experience in corporate HR as a member of various leadership teams. Additionally, Jenn’s 10-year service as a corporate secretary for a global company provided her with expertise with boards, board member selection, performance management, compensation and corporate governance, including global compliance and listing requirements in the US and other countries.
Ms. Pitts holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, NY with specializations in Finance & Marketing, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clark University. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HRCI institute in Alexandria, VA.
