Inge Casteleyn is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice, based in Mexico City. Inge has more than 15 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting with clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, chemical, transportation and logistics, IT services and management consulting firms. In particular, she focuses on recruiting C-suite and other strategic leaders, succession planning, and advising on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Inge spent nearly a decade as a partner at an international search firm, where she focused on recruiting C-suite executives for a diverse mix of clients both locally and abroad. Earlier, Inge was a senior consultant with an independent boutique search firm in Mexico City. Inge brought a number of new multinational clients to the firm that were based in the United States, Canada, Israel, Argentina and Brazil and successfully completed their search assignments. Earlier in her career, Inge worked for DuPont, where she headed the export division of the largest titanium dioxide production plant in Mexico. Prior to that, Inge was a consultant for a major Mexican holding company in the industrial sector where she led the purchase and import departments. Inge earned her bachelor’s degree in international commerce in Mexico. She has lived in Belgium, Canada and Mexico and is fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch.
