Jens Hansen creates tailored executive searches for technology companies in both the Nordic region and around the globe. Based in Copenhagen, he leverages his expertise to execute senior-level searches in the software, IoT, hardware and telecommunications industries. Working with companies of various sizes and ownership structures, Jens has experience advising public companies, foundations, and private equity-backed firms. His most recent client mandates have included searches for a chief commercial officer, chief information security officer, chief information officer and chief technology officer. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, while studying at Copenhagen Business School, Jens worked on multiple projects related to logistics, shipping, and operations management. Jens holds a Bachelors of Science. in International Business and a Masters of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the Copenhagen Business School.
