Jonathan is a Partner and Risk & Professional Services Practice Lead in Australia, based in the Melbourne office of Odgers Berndtson. He is responsible for executive appointments across all facets of risk, compliance, divisional controls, technology risk, cyber & security. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Jonathan led the risk search practice for a boutique executive search firm in both Australia and South East Asia. Jonathan has worked in search for 18 years in both the UK and Australia and ran his own search business, specifically partnering with Private Equity firms in Digital & Emerging Technologies in London. Jonathan has a broad range of clients in banking & financial services, professional services, telco & media and government. He has specialised in broader risk management appointments for 15 years, placing CROs, CISOs and Partners for a variety of local and international clients. Originally from the UK, Jonathan relocated to Australia in 2009 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Media from the University of Chichester.
