Wessel joined Frazer Jones in January 2020. He led on senior HR searches for our clients in Benelux before building our reward practice, which focusses exclusively on roles within reward, HRIS and payroll. Since 2023, Wessel has been leading our executive search offering in Benelux. A passion for building strong, sustainable relationships is at the heart of Wessel’s recruitment activities. From these relationships, he has curated an impressive executive network from which he helps his clients solve some of the most complex hiring needs in the HR recruitment market.
