Nadine Mensdorf leads executive searches for private equity funds with a particular focus on senior-level investment professionals, senior financial services executives and CFOs. Based in Frankfurt, she works closely with in-house investment teams and the C-suite of their portfolio companies. Nadine also has expertise in recruiting operating partners and senior industry advisors. She has worked with small-cap, mid-cap and large-cap funds across Europe in multiple sectors. Nadine joined Russell Reynolds Associates from another global executive search firm, where she specialized in private equity and investment banking. During her tenure with the firm, she also worked across corporate banking, investor relations, family offices as well as broader financial services. Nadine holds a B.S. in business administration and economics from Goethe University Frankfurt. She speaks fluent English and German. Nadine received a Private Equity Advisor certificate (EBS/BAI) from the Private Finance Institute of EBS Business School.
