Mathilda is a Principal on the Early Careers Team, where she works on all areas of early careers recruitment for the financial and professional services market. Her role involves supporting the team across all areas of early careers recruitment from assisting in the process of campaign hires, to the placing of candidates in individual roles. Prior to joining Dartmouth Partners, Mathilda graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences.
