She is one of our resident experts unearthing senior talent for roles. Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Emma worked in sales across automotive and financial services. In 2011 she joined a global recruitment business within the sales team and after demonstrating a strong aptitude for the industry and delivering for her partners, she was quickly promoted to Manager of the Melbourne Sales team. Emma thrives off working with partners to drive strategy around their talent needs, and enjoys working with strong commercial candidates to identify their career journey.
