Biography
With 20 years of experience, he has advised senior executives and C-suite in both the public and private sectors to design and lead transformations, operational excellence and people solutions to enable the strategic direction and organizational effectiveness. Mazen brings value through building strong understanding of clients' business context and challenges and design tailored solutions. He leads large-scale/complex projects, across geographies and cultures. His working experience spans across Europe and the Middle East namely KSA and UAE. Mazen advised clients to successfully design and realize their strategic transformations. His areas of focus include designing operating models, governance mechanism at board and c-level, strategy implementation, organization assessment and design including delegation of authorities, operational excellence, cost optimization and ways of working. He also has in-depth knowledge of strategic workforce planning, workload analysis, employees performance optimization, human resources policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle, competency development, job evaluation and grading structure, reward strategies, and employees' transition. Mazen has significant experience in the implementation of transformations across various industries and through thorough leadership alignment, knowledge transfer and change management across all levels. Mazen holds a master's degree in Management Consulting from Dauphine University, Paris. He is certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a certificate in Strategic Planning from the American Management Association (AMA) in New York.
