Before joining the executive search industry, in 2007, Magui spent 15+ years as a corporate marketing executive at global multinational organizations including Ab-Inbev, P&G, Coca-Cola and Kodak. Upon relocating to Chile, Magui became a regional CEO of Kodak. Later she served as Chief Executive Officer of Vi�a Estampa, a first-class boutique winery in Chile. Her past experience as an operational CEO provides Magui with a unique lens into challenges facing CEOs. Magui holds two post-graduate degrees'in Marketing and Finance�from the PUC in Rio de Janeiro and she holds a Bachelor degree in Literature. Her educational achievements also include the Smith College Senior Executive Program in Northampton, MA, USA. Ms.Castro is one of the Directors of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, she is a member of the Women on Boards UK and a member of the Chatham House, The Royal Institute of International affairs, UK. Magui is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is based in our London office
