Biography
Jennifer partners with clients to build and tailor solutions that maximize their compensation, talent and reward strategies. Providing best-in-class resources to understand the overall reward health of an organization, benchmarking data on compensation plans and organizational design and talent strategies to attract and retain top talent. She manages a team of client managers at the Toronto and Philadelphia offices.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tasev held a position as Vice-President of Sales for a healthcare organization. Her years in sales leadership have resulted in a deep passion for building a high-performing, collaborative culture and delivering excellence to her valued clients.
With over 20 years of developing client relationships, Jennifer manages a portfolio of Canadian and global clients that spans the healthcare, natural resources, automotive, banks/credit unions and energy sectors.
Jennifer's areas of expertise have been developed across her work on projects that spans a local to global scope and include: total rewards, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, employee engagement, talent strategies and the technology-based solutions to deliver these insights.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2001 with a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
While fluent in English, Jennifer is certified bilingual in French and enjoys the opportunity to flex this linguistic muscle.
