Based in London following more than 16 years of international executive search experience, she brings a global perspective to chairman, non-executive director, and executive director searches across a wide range of industries. Gwenael joined Russell Reynolds Associates when The Zygos Partnership joined the firm in 2017. Prior to her consultant role at Zygos, she worked with another leading international search firm as a senior associate in their board practice, focusing on high-profile assignments for FTSE-listed companies. Earlier, she was an executive MBA career coach for London Business School in Dubai. Gwenael began her executive search career as a research associate for a large international search firm, working in both Dubai and London. Her early career was in international economic development with DAI and the United Nations, and in-market research with Euromonitor International. Gwenael holds a BA, with honors, in international business from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rennes, in France, and an MBA from Nottingham University Business School.
