She is the author of the Annual Retail Chairman's Survey and the Annual UK Retail CEO Tracker which tracks CEO changes and trends on an annual basis. She is renowned for working with retailers & international brands on board composition & recruitment, CEO succession & recruitment, and the appointment of leadership teams to drive growth and transform business performance. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Sarah was Managing Partner & Head of Retail EMEA; and former Head of the Retail and Consumer Practice UK - at other leading global executive search firms. Sarah has an MBA specializing in Strategy & International business from Henley Business School and is a former Fellow of & Nominations Committee member for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply. She is an active supporter of the British Retail Consortium and a number of other professional organisations which support retail, hospitality & consumer sectors.
