Ms. Cansier advises companies of various industries. Ms. Cansier's focus of activity relates to job evaluation, elaboration and implementation of job family models, and development and communication of reward systems, including performance management and organizational concepts. She also has a lot of experiences in identifying organizational problems and elaborating optimizing strategies. Ms. Cansier holds a degree in mathematics and economics and earned her doctorate in economics. Her habilitation lies in business administrations. She is member of the department of economics at the University of Tubingen.
